Our History
Vista al Mar It has never been just a restaurant. It has always been a place of memories.

A legacy that continues to grow
Today, under the direction of Michael Miranda, the story continues. More modern, more welcoming, but with the same essence as always: a tradition that lives on.

When the family took the helm
It all began in the 1980s, when Uncle Chu looked out at the horizon and dreamed of creating a space where good food and music would bring people together. A simple place, but full of life.
In the late 1990s, the business passed into the hands of the three brothers: los Guares y Papo. Ellos crecieron aquí… entre mesas, cocina y clientes que con el tiempo se volvieron familia.
Con mucho esfuerzo mantuvieron la esencia del lugar: la música, la comida y ese ambiente donde todo el mundo se siente como en casa.
Thanks to them, Vista al Mar not only remained open... it remained part of the town. Since then, three generations have cared for this space with the same affection.

Moments that are lived and remembered
Birthdays, celebrations, family reunions, and dance nights that are still talked about today have taken place here. Between dishes, laughter, and toasts, stories have been created that are part of many people's lives.
Vista al Mar is not just a place to eat... it's a place to return to.
